Part-Time Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to manage social media pages, track performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize strategies. This role also involves creating engaging content for clients, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and staying updated on the latest social media trends and algorithms. Strong client communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media pages, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies for optimal engagement.
  • Create high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written posts) while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
  • Analyze social media insights and adjust strategies for optimal growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members to align content with marketing goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, sharing relevant insights with management.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Develop marketing plans to enhance brand image, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong client communication skills and ability to provide strategic recommendations.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Photography and/or videography skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
